First I received the wrong size (all of my other miz mooz shoes are in American sizes), then the replacement got lost. The second replacement was a pair of boots that shouldn't have made it past quality control - one was significantly wider around the calf than the other. I sent those back and am still waiting for the replacement. It's been an entire month since I first attempted to order these boots.

Had flaw. Terrible customer service. Also this company charges $10 to return

One of my favorite pairs of shoes came from MizMooz, so I bought this pair enthusiastically for myself and my daughter. Unfortunately, the fit is not quite right for my pair and my daughter's pair had some cosmetic flaws. I've been sitting on my purchase not sure what to do, but unfortunately both pairs have already been worn.

I ordered what size I thought I would need and they were a whole size too big. Wore them out so I couldn't return them.

I returned this boot for several reasons. One, the color Bordeaux was not what I was expecting and, two, a flap on one of the boots was bent (probably the way was packed?) and since it was on the outside of the boot I did not want to pay that much money and have even a slight defect in them. This is probably the perfect boot for someone, just not me. Miz Mooz accepted the return without any problems.

I had to return an item because they do not have my size and was hit with shipping charges both for the sending and returning. I can understand “restock fee” but to hit on both ends is very poor customer service -over $21 I

I purchased a pair of Miz Mooz boots for my wife. They fit properly when tried on and appeared well made, but after wearing them for one normal workday, they caused significant blistering on her toes, making them unwearable. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that because the boots had been worn outside — even briefly — they would not accept a return, exchange, or credit, regardless of the discomfort or injury caused. While I understand return policies, it’s disappointing that there was no consideration given for product performance or comfort at this price point. Footwear should be wearable for a full day without causing injury, especially when the boots fit correctly and were barely worn. I’m sharing this so other buyers are aware of both the comfort risk and the company’s strict return policy.

I’m usually a 40. 5 or 41, got a 41 (40. 5 wasn’t available) - they were huge! I imagine a 40 would have still been too roomy but didn’t try another size because I had another pair from my order that worked.

The quality of the shoe was great, however I wasn’t allowed to exchange for the second time for free.

Shoe ran tight for my size. I ordered two pair from Miz Mooz and the other fit perfectly so I kept them. The brandy color is underwhelming and not as shows on website. They charged me $10 to return the shoe as well. This should be embedded in shoe cost. Still love the brand though, would buy from them again but 3 star is for the $10 return fee.

Shoes run narrow and small. Over time the mold to your feet. Love this brand
