Poor quality
Very poor quality. I tried them on at home just to make sure they were my size and returned them the following day. Miz Mooz customer support rejected the refund, claiming there were significant signs of wear. I also believe they mixed up the boxes, as they mentioned there was a bag from another brand inside and said they would send it back to me — but that bag was not mine.

I love the boots and the help I received before purchasing was so helpful, Alyssa your representative was so very kind and helpful in caring for my concerns. I was a little concerned that FedX kept moving my package back and forth it seemed as I tracked it but it finally arrived and was in good shape.

Ordered black leather boots this
Ordered black leather boots this time. Same exact size as my Brown Suede boots I love from Miz. The black are not nearly as comfortable as the brown ones. Probably due to Leather instead of Suede. Right???
