My experience with Mitra9 is fantastic. Sometimes stuff is out of stock, but shipping is always pretty quick and I love the product. It's too bad that y'all still charge shipping though even if it's over $100.

Great company. Had a falling out with a rep over an issue with order received. Didn't purchase for about 2 months due to this. A new hire contacted me later and apologized for the conflict and totally understood my grievance. I have since ordered about 20 cases. The Kava variety is surprisingly good and very effective.

Affordable and easy!

Simple, straightforward, fast. One thing about the website is the reward system and tracking the rewards. I cashed in some rewards points, realized after I did that I couldn't use them with the subscription and now they've disappeared. Nowhere (I could find) to see what reward points I've cashed in but that I havent used.
