I like the variety on the site but a lot was sold out, which I suppose is good but not for me! Shipping took longer than I would have liked but not terrible. Still worth buying it.

My current low rating is specific to a shipping mishap/lack of customer support; the products I have tried have been great! I ordered and paid for a four-pack of Kratom seltzers, and received two Kava seltzers instead. I have reached out to customer support via email, indicated problems with the shipment via separate questionnaire, all to no avail. I simply want to either receive the product I paid for (also more expensive than the product inadvertently received), or a refund. I am hoping someone may catch the note here to help out!

Cans never arrived

The drink packs were such a bummer! The Kratom isn’t liquid / water soluble so it just clumps up. No effect at all so it was a waste of money. Their pre-filled seltzers are great though!
