I truly appreciate how secure your packaging is. The individual packaging makes the difference. I imagine it's more costly but it must save you the frustrations of returns due to busted cans all the while leaving the customer feeling well taken care of. Great drinks and great service. Your order ships out very fast and I receive in a couple of days.

Customer service is great, and I've never had an issue dealing with the company. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipping. Even if you order multiple packages at a time, they often arrive on different days, and sometimes not even in the best condition. Mitra will sort you out when things arrive damaged and leaking, but it still sucks when you order something, and it's ruined, so you're obligated to order it again. Over all though, I'm not about to stop ordering. So it's good enough.

The flavors were fine, but I got nothing from the kava. In all honesty I’ve only had one great experience with kava when it actually worked once. So, maybe it’s just me.
