Great product with a great selection . I missed seeing the little holes on the connectors which was very important to assembling easily. That said I would like to see the instructions printed darker.

This company has top notch customer service. I had problems with hanging my frame and needed more tape. I contacted them and they sent me replacement tape and detailed instructions on how to remove and re-hang my frame. They didn’t charge me and the tape arrived in less than a week after I contacted them.

It was a very easy process to order the frame for our overly large, original to the house, builder grade mirror. The website contained easy to follow measuring instructions. Customer service was great in that we received emails alerting us to the reason for delay in shipping, as well as a followup email to see if we had any issues (we didn't). Great product and it really elevated the look of our old mirror. And the fact that we got it 20% off was what pushed me to finally order this product.
