I love the product - so easy to use and all the lights really make an impact. It does take awhile to charge and needs to be charged frequently but then I use it a lot. And it's not unreasonable considering how much laser you're getting with each use thanks to the high number of lights. I didn't receive an email when it shipped (yes, I checked spam) but customer service responded right away when I emailed requesting tracking info. Definitely a quality product and company.

Wonderful tool!

First thing we have tried that is giving relief to pain in instep injury and jaw pain. It seems to be helping with knee pain and back pain. I've been praying for help for many years. We have only had the lasers for a week, it seems to be an answer to our prays. Thank you!

My questions on charging the cold laser were not addresses initially but the laser is working fine now and seems to be doing good to my injured shoulder.

Excellent customer service. I had trouble with my delivery and I emailed customer support and they contacted me every day until I received the goods. I live in New Zealand and it took a month to reach me but it did eventually arrive.
