Came extraordinarily quickly considering the amount of postage etc going through the channels at the moment. Very pleased indeed, very well packed so arrived very safe and sound.

The ordering was easy; the delivery accurate and on time; the item was packaged well so safe arrival was guaranteed. The information and instructions are full, clear and easily implemented. As for the device's efficacy - I have felt better since I've been using it. I'm now on my "rest" days as advised, but with no noticeable relapse into feelings of unwellness. I cannot thank enough the friend who recommended you and your device.

Really interesting how wearing the Miramate Wrist regularly improves the blood flow (seen under microscopy) seems to help muscle recovery after working out too

Hearing has improved

I recently purchased the Cold Laser Wrist X. I requested information that was not in the information manual. I received a response that I would get the needed information but never did. Without the vital operating information what good is any item? This is a place for improvement. I am still unsure of certain things. I did read about a chat place where users help one another, that would be so handy. Have not found it yet. I’m old school and am used to the customer service that has a professional answering questions on the phone. Sadly a thing of the past. I do think the manual needs to be rewritten covering important missing details.

Excellent customer service.

I bought the wrist watch, no health problems apart from a bit of hay fever which has cleared up. I can breath deeper and will continue to use it for overall wellbeing. . Customer service were really efficient when I didn't receive an order confirmation email. thank you to everyone involved in bringing these products
