I just ate - for the first time - the egg white spaghetti noodles. I am impressed. I followed the directions ( rinsed them, and dried them), put some marinara sauce, mushrooms, and a bit of grated cheese on, and stuck it in the microwave. It was VERY good, and to my surprise, very FILLING! I love that it has so much protein, and the delivery was fast, as well. I am a new fan!
