Miracle Noodles egg protein noodles filled a hole in my diet that filled my stomach and my psyche. Not perfect but they do the trick and give a protein shot to boot!

I enjoy Miracle Noodles when I am doing sardine fasts or bone broth fasts since I cut up 2 ounces of Fettuccine noodles in the bowl with the sardines or bone broth to provide fiber and fun.
