The customer service for Mira fertility is not the greatest. There was a discount code for 40% off and I forgot to add it. I emailed customer service right after I purchased the wands and they would not reimburse me for the discount and just gave me 20 dollars off my next purchase which has to be used in the next month. First, I will not be needing anything in the next month as I just purchased wands and have wands already and the discount would give me 30 dollars off the wands not 20. So I will just be returning them. Also, when purchasing this product make sure you are very aware that the wands expire in 3 months so don’t buy too many. They will not take them back. Also an issue I had as I bought some with my first son and got pregnant so I had a full box unused and tried to use them recently when trying to get pregnant realizing they were expired.

Knowing that I had irregular periods, I knew I would need to test for ovulation when my husband and I started TTC. I read the reviews for both Mira & Proov, and ended up choosing Mira for a myriad of reasons, not the least of which was the ability to test for 3 hormones in one stick (the max wands). I figured that it would take a couple of cycles for us to get pregnant, but instead I took a positive pregnancy test after just one cycle using Mira!! I cannot recommend this device enough. It's simple and easy to use, and truly works!

The FAQ did not answer my questions about my Mira device so I reached out to CS but they just sent me the FAQ (which I already read). I had to press on to receive actual communication. CS asked for specific questions. I responded with follow up questions and then receive a speedy reply that did answer my remaining questions. It took a lot of communication back and forth but overall I am very happy that I received the help that I needed.
