Shipping and service were fast and let my expectations. I like that they send you information right away to read. so you can prepare so that when your Mira analyzer arrives you are ready to go!

Fast shipping, everything was as described.

Mira is great for getting your hormone levels and it’s easy to use! You do however have to figure out what the levels mean and what they should be on your own. It would be great if they provided charts and information on that for you. I looked everywhere on the app but couldn’t find anything. Google helped!

The app is a great way to track your cycle as it shows your results in a way that's easy to understand. My only issue is that since I have had my device, I wasn't able to download the app like normal through the google play store as this app is not available for download for my country being Australia. The only way I was able to download the app was through contacting the Mira support team for an app download link. So, for any app updates, I will now have to again email to get another link to download the latest version. It's a shame because the device itself is great and is worth the money, however the user experience of not being able to access the app is not great, so I wish this can be improved upon for other Australian Android users.

With no period for 6 years,I was able to track my hormones with ease and see what lifestyle choices helped increase them and what hindered them. through that I finally got my period. I believe Mira has really helped me learn about my body

I purchased the starter pack 5 months ago. If I could give negative stars I would. Device has started to malfunction meaning wasted wands. Customer service is virtually non existent and the company does nothing but try to gaslight you. They want videos of you using the device BUT their system actually allows them to see the sample errors, device errors etc on their system. So why the run around. Well it's because they don't want to refund you and IF they actually replace the device, they send a refurbished one that does NOT come with a warranty. The best you can hope for is a $10 voucher to buy more wands. Next is the inaccuracies. Same sample, blazing positive OPK but Mira is less than a 10 meaning low. It has missed my peak LH most months. In fact ultrasound showed I had already ovulated by the time Mira showed higher LH. Let's see if they actually leave this honest review up, since I have seen they frequently take negative reviews down.

I used this due to having irregular cycles, pcos. I got pregnant twice with one pregnancy resulting in my current baby who is 8 days olds. Very happy , cheaper than fertility treatment !

I have had a quick response to queries I have had when I first got the analyser and was trying to figure it all out, and my overall experience with Mira and the company has been really positive
