I used to use the regular LH strips but with my PCOS, I have been having such a hard time understanding when my ovulation is peaked. Mira makes it clear, not only does it provide all the data points of different hormone levels, it tells you when I am ovulating on a scale of 1 to 10. Can’t be easier than this.
