My reader ran out of battery and won’t charge - I reported it but no one has got back to me. Please can I have a replacement? My new wands had just arrived after a short break from tracking so I now have a big gap. I would like to keep going with my tracking. Thank you Anna

I am in my early 30s, about to get married and start planning a family and this product provides peace of mind that my body is working the way that it’s supposed to be. My only negative piece of feedback is that it’s a little confusing about which hormone does what in the tool. I think there could be more guidance on what it checks for and what that drives. It’s also really pricey

App and device were hard to set up, but it has worked well since. Customer service was very helpful
