Jury's still out on the berberine as I have only been taking it a few weeks. But I am lovingggggg the nootropic powder. I have severe adhd and drinking this helps quiet my mind for sure. It does have an earthy taste but I quite enjoy it.

The Nootropic gave me clean energy with no crash and clarity. The Berberine reduced cravings and appetite so I make better food decisions and overall eat less. An excellent combination!
