It was very disappointing that the unnecessary change in the look of your products' packaging several years ago brought a lower quality, more flimsy package at an increased cost. For example, the plastic containers with the top that breaks off at the hinge that the powders are now sold in. The upside is that the quality of the product inside has been maintained.

Overall my experience was great and I love being able to customize my eyeshadow shades. Again, I like having a free gift but would love a couple shade options as the particular shade for this gift was not right for me. Not a huge deal as I gifted it to someone else, but just something to keep in mind for future options. I will still purchase in the future as I like the quality and overall options with this palette.

Remover is fine, base coat and topcoat are fine, Tiara polish is a color I like.

The nail polish and laquer apply smoothly and the colors are beautiful.
