I called again and wrote the zen desk and waiting on reply about my warm tint sheer MF foundation. I still have not received a tracking number for the warm tint that the zen desk told me I would receive. I took off a star for this problem. Thanks.

It took quite awhile for delivery

I never received my order the first time due to UPS delivered it some other house once I called customer service was really good and was willing to send me a new one through USPS which got to me this time . I so appreciate everyone that helped me,

Well done. Will keep buying. But I can’t use my point reward when discounts are applied which I don’t find fair coz the points are what we earn, should be Abel to be used for free shipment as given. Mineral fusion lost a bit more sales from me as I was not allowed to use points for free shipping, i postponed the purchase till later.

It took over a week for my items to arrive -- but they were all in good condition when they got to me.

My first time ordering g direct. And was very pleased.

I don't usually provide feedback but I feel that I must comment on the declining quality of these products. I've used Mineral Fusion for many years, but the packaging and the product quality seem to be diminishing. The products do you match the advertisements and I felt embarrassed to give a few items as gifts recently. The packing broke after 4 uses. I know Companies need to save money but at the expense of quality? I can't give a good review given my last 3 purchases with Mineral Fusion.

I like this makeup line it is my favorite. My local stores do not carry the powder foundations. Online you do need to order a week or 2 prior to being out of your current product as the shipping is pretty slow.
