I got exactly what I wanted just in time for the holiday season and I also got free sample!

I first purchased a few Milk products from Sephora. I loved the ease of the jelly products, especially as I live at the beach and ease in the Summer is paramount. I am a new, devoted fan!

My product came with half empty

I loved making order really easy to use app. The only thing I had a problem with was it automatically charged me and I was not done shopping. I sent email never got a call or email back . My delivery was great except it was a gift and you guys sent in a MILK box so luckily we got it before my daughter saw it .

Life changing honestly

Placed my order. After a few days I received an email "we noticed your shipment hasn't been updated by the carrier in a few days. Generally when this happens, it starts moving on its own again soon - delays happen. We're keeping an eye on it though, and if it doesn't start moving soon, we'll be in touch" The problem is it never shipped and I was never contacted again. A week later I contacted your company. They finally shipped it out. I had to ask if it was possible to expedite shipping. I was told "we'll let you know" and never heard back. The idea of the first email was great, follow up would have been perfect. Or at least an offer of expedited shipping coming from Milk company to apologize (without my asking for it) or even a reply after me asking to expedite the re-order. It was the lack of communication that was worse than the shipping delay. It felt like a shrug

Great products so far as I’m new to Milk makeup. Customer service is excellent!

I love milk makeup but the packaging is less than ideal when it comes to unboxing. Despite following the instructions and being extremely careful, I had a contour stick and blush stick break while trying to remove the inner cap. I haven’t had this happen with any blush sticks I’ve purchased from milk before, so this was disappointing. Additionally, when I tried to reach out to customer service I couldn’t find any contact information and was met with “page not found” messages on the website.

Love the roller application and blends well and brightens. I use the hydrogrip skin tint over it and it’s works super well together!

Lightweight and great every day primer to use with and without putting on makeup - excellent purchase

I was so excited to find a tinted moisturizer that would not be cakey or show my wrinkles. This did, so much!

I love this bronzing profuct of we purchased it many times, but this time it came and it was extremely dry out as if it was really old. I cannot use it. :(

A makeup that covers adequately but not overly, and stays put all day. Color is perfect. Pricey for one ounce, but I use very little, so it’s all good.
