I’ve always been pleased with Milk products. I keep coming back because it takes care of my very sensitive skin. It’s easy for makeup to flare up my eczema, acne, and redness, so Milk has been a game changer for me. Thanks for making products that work for the pale, red-headed people on this earth!

I love the products and buy them as often as I can. They are expensive for me but they are worth it. They work well with mature skin to avoid heavy powdery look.

Would be five, but my quickie arrived sliced right down the top. So, damaged. Good in everything else though. Bummer about my favorite blush being damaged upon arrival though.

I ordered the lip color on 12/31/25 and didn't receive it until 1/21/26. I like the product, but hopefully won't always take so long to get it

Customer service is really good and helpful

Milk makeup rep said an annual audit delayed order shipments until 1/9. I placed an order beginning of year for gifts and of course the order didn’t arrive in time (if that was even the truth about the audit). SMH. Also I don’t like that in order to use rewards points, you have to spend a minimum amount. This is why I stopped shopping here and prefer to shop at competitors (faster shipping, better loyalty programs). The items I ordered were also smaller than expected.

The spray is too hard, aggressive, and a target. It isn’t soft and spreads evenly like the smaller bottle. You end up needing multiple sprays from a very far distance being wasteful but needing a lot of sprays to spread it everywhere. The spray actually hurts. Not happy with it.

Love this mascara! I don’t really use make up just mascara and this is my absolute favorite. It makes my eyelashes look natural and amazing!

Wrote in about mascara being dry and clumpy and never heard back.
