The Santa Cruz Highball is a great bike; fun to ride, quick and responsive, light weight and climbs well, the carbon frame soaks up bumps nicely. I am really enjoying riding this bike. I also enjoyed a very positive buying experience working with my salesperson, Jack. He is knowledgeable, listens and helped me select the best bike for my riding style and preference. I purchased my Heckler from Mike's Bikes back in January. From box to ready to ride took about 30 minutes thanks to the Wheelsmith Gold Label Assembly. The bike is fantastic. I want to highlight how wonderful Mike's Bikes is! I just came home from a roadie assignment on the AIDS/Lifecycle ride; Mike's Bikes staff were on hand to assist cyclists with bike repair. I was grateful I chose to purchase from Mike's Bikes - what an amazing company to give back!!

My bike arrived with a broken rear derailleur, but customer service at Mike's sent out another right away and offered advice about replacing it. I have ridden the bike for about a week, everyday, and I love it. It climbs really well and is not too heavy to maneuver on the trails. It was a great deal on a well-built machine.

Had a great experience ordering from Mike’s Bikes. Order process was simple and bike arrived sooner than expected. Bike was packaged really well and mostly assembled so it made the process easy. On top of that, the bike is really fun to ride; would recommend the bike and the company!

Good experience

I ordered the bike with a different dropper post and the next day change my mind and wanted the V3 dropper post instead. I contacted Austin with the changes, and he said, "No problem". The bike arrived packed perfectly and was easy to put together. Riding the bike is an absolute joy! It climbs effortlessly and the descents are smooth, and the bike is super QUIET! Love, love love...this bike!
