Great experience with Mike’s, excellent communication, customer support, and packing/shipping. The Stigmata is such a fun bike. Very capable on single track yet eager to go fast on the road or packed gravel. Solid build, love the Rival groupset, Rambler tires, and in frame storage. Coming from a Santa Cruz mountain bike, the fit is spot on. Nothing I would change. Overall, very pleased with Mike’s and the Stigmata. A+!!

I live in Utah but I lived in Northern California for about 4 years and while I was there I visited Mikes Bikes several times. When looking to buy from them online I was confident in buying from them and having them shipping my bike to me. When it arrived it was everything I expected. The bike was pre assembled and tuned and then they re-packed it into a box, it was all done very well. Everything arrived in a very reasonable timeframe and the bike was very easy to assemble (handle bars and front tire) and ready to ride in about 20 minutes.

I'd been looking at this bike rack for over a year and found it on sale AND was able to use an additional online discount. Beat out all other retailers AND it was IN STOCK. Pick up only took a few minutes. They were helpful and courteous, even bringing it out to my car. I'll definitely look here for my bike needs again! Great service! Great price!

Very good company excellent service

After alot of reasurch, I bought my first Full suspension MTB. Mikes Bikes has great deals, and also offered 0% intrest for like 2 years which was awsome. I live in Indiana, and delivery was fast and bike was as advertised. Also came pretty much assembled which they offer for a extra cost, but is well worth it. Over all great experience. Fully satisfied!

Really impressed by the packaging/shipping. I’ve never ordered a bike online before but it was a flawless experience. Easy to put together and very happy with the quality of the Topstone 4. The brakes take some getting used to and the mango color is more orange than the photos suggest, but it’s a gorgeous color.

This is my first gravel bike. So far, everything is just perfect, I plan to update the details gradually. Support answered all my questions very quickly, delivery was no problem, only positive emotions. I will definitely come back for a new bike when I give this one to my wife.😁

Best trail/enduro bike i've ever owned. Have them build it w/the head tube angle set to 63.7 (vs 62.5). On mid power levels = 30+ mile range on steeper terrains. Mike's in Highlands Ranch is an excellent shop - been going to them for years.
