Every single one of the 12 pack I ordered splintered into thin shards within 5 minutes of my dogs chewing on them. I was afraid one of them would choke on a splintered piece so I threw them away.

After back and forth, they stopped communicating and didn't address my concern. I then had to order a second activator which only works intermittently. Needless to say I'm not happy about this

I'm glad I stumbled upon this company!! I found dog safety harnesses for the car. When I was doubtful about the fit, I sent pictures to customer support. They confirmed the fit was wrong for my dog, told me what size to order, and promptly refunded the purchase price. Ten stars for customer service!! (And I love the harness!)
