I recently purchased a Mitutoyo 5x Objective from Microscope Central. I was promptly notified by email of my purchase. I was again notified by email with a tracking number when the item was shipped. The item was shipped directly from Mitutoyo, and was very well packaged. A very good overall experience.

The Mitutoyo 10x M PLAN APO is an absolutely fantastic microscope objective. I use it adapted to my dSLR via a 200mm relay lens for extreme macro photography, where the extra long working distance is extremely helpful. The color correction is fantastic (no purple fringing), and the image is very sharp in the center. Astigmatism becomes pretty bad in the corners of a full frame sensor, but that is well beyond Mitutoyo's quoted 30mm imaging circle. Microscope Central had great customer service and the lowest new price I could find. Thank you so much!

Bought a Accu-Scope EXI-310 Trinocular Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope for a reasonable price. The shopping experience, prompt communication about the order, and status updates made me a very happy customer. This is the first time I used Microscope Central and was initially very skeptical which was totally unwarranted. The product itself came in excellent packaging and works great out of the box. I'm thinking about ordering additional accessories directly through Microscope Central.

My interactions with Microscope Central have always be good to the point of me using them as a gauge to assess other vendors. The "good" rating instead of "excellent" is only due to a recent phone discussion about microscope cameras, which end with a "promise" to follow-up, without a follow-up; I do understand though that you are a busy company.

The expert advice I received on the purchase of my microscope was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure to sell. I had many questions, and at no time did I feel like I was being rushed. After explaining what I was wanting in a microscope, I was advised by your staff to consider the Leica DM750. I am glad that I took your recommendation. This scope is excellent. Great resolution and clarity. I am now seeing familiar protozoa in a whole new light (no pun intended ).
