Hi! Thank you so much for the microscope. It is a joy and absolutely wonderful. I had a scare when the package was delivered: the outer packaging (containing one inner box for the microscope head, and one inner box for the stand) had a large dent in one of the edges and I could feel the edge of the inner packaging through it. As the microscope is now the second most expensive thing I own(!), I was very concerned about the contents, but once I got it all unpacked, everything seems totally safe. The individual inner boxes seemed unscathed, and the mic is pristine. Still, I'd recommend filling the space of the larger package better (the packing peanuts were not sufficient, and perhaps a firm cardboard block would have done the trick).

The microscope arrived in perfect shape thanks to significant packaging. It preforms beautifully. Contacted MC with a couple of questions and received quick responses with helpful info. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Works perfectly. Brightness intensity is much stronger than my previous light.

Directions for assembly were not very clear. Contacted and immediately received assistance via facetime and I was able to complete the assembly. Will purchase from microscope central again

Received my dual-headed scope well packed, was effortless to put together, and had rapid email support when the pointer mechanism was not initially operational.

The microscope was shipped quickly and arrived safely. The quality of the optics is as good as any microscope I have used teaching middle/high school science in the public school for 20 years. With the price as low as it was, I wasn’t sure the level of quality. The 3/4 size body is not an issue, but instead an asset when it comes to carrying and storing. I’m glad there is power cord as well as battery capability.

I purchased a Leica stereo microscope recently. My granddaughter and I absolutely love it. It was shipped immediately. Will be purchasing a Leica compound microscope very soon. Really enjoy during business with this company.

I love my new microscope! We use this to educate our dental patients of the differing microbes that set up shop in their mouths. We ordered the Acu- scope 3000 with monitor and it’s incredible! I’m saving my money for a second one! The customer service was awesome as I needed to be sure what I was ordering. They took their time and answered many of my questions. The set up of the scope was very user friendly.

I bought a reconditioned, vintage, microscope here. It was as good as they promised, but the bulb in the illuminator burned out nearly on arrival. I wrote to them with a few questions and mentioned the bulb. The questions were answered promptly and a replacement bulb was shipped. It has been a good experience dealing with Microscope Central.
