Firstly perfume was nice. But i have order in june but i received in end of aug. No one responseded for mail for any customer care team regarding my product.

Dear Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Metaman and your delivery partner. I placed a prepaid order (Order ID: 9376) on July 27th for Ha1o Alpha and Ha1o Sport and received confirmation from your side. On July 28th, I was informed by your delivery partner, Shipkart, that the order would be delivered on or before August 7th. After a few days, I received the contact details of the delivery partner and called to provide the exact location and delivery timings. However, after my initial call, the delivery person neither accepted my calls nor attempted to contact me again. Two days later, I was given another delivery contact number, but despite several attempts, my calls went unanswered. Eventually, I received a message stating that the product was being returned without any effort to complete the delivery. To make matters worse, today I received an email from your end requesting me to review the product and provide feedback—despite the fact that I never received the items I ordered, nor have I received a refund. This experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional for a brand of your repute. I request you to urgently resolve this matter by either arranging delivery of my original order or processing a full refund without further delay. I hope for your prompt action, failing which I may have no choice but to share my experience publicly to alert other customers about this service. Sincerely, Blessy K Sailas

Hi, I had ordered 2 perfumes, and it was a buy-one-get-one offer, so I should have received a total of 4 bottles, but I only received 2 bottles.

Perfumes are fantastic and as mentioned by KL Rahul Alpha fragrance smells perfect and I loved it and all others perfumes I loved it. Really thanks for the best perfumes in my collection.

Didn’t like the fragrance as claimed wish would have ordered a different fragrance. And it’s doesn’t last long as well.

Order #9133 - We ordered Halo Sport 100ml and Halo Alpha 100ml and paid Rs. 999 on July 1st. We received the order on July 7th but it was damaged. So we returned to the delhivery person. We sent an email to support@metaman.in and message on WhatsApp to 7710068419 but we didn't receive any response.
