I am writing to inform you that I received my order Metaman Alpha (Order #10717) a few minutes ago, and unfortunately, the product appears to be defective. The perfume sprayer is not working, which makes the product unusable. I purchased this perfume primarily because I am a fan of KL Rahul, and I was excited to try it. However, I am disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. I kindly request you to initiate a replacement for this product at the earliest.
