I have had good results with Bactrex and probiotics. Not everyone is the same

The Healthy Ageing and the Ultra Vitamin C are two that I have been taking everyday. I'm very happy with the formula and will continue with this brand as I see benefits. If the formula changes I might review but so far Metagenics is a good brand. Highly recommend their products. I also use the Calcite Protect and the Prime Essentials Multivitamin. I use the subscribe and save online ordering which is easy and cheaper
