Shipping took a little longer than expected but I'm glad we got it. Wish it was in a box not a bag. Company was always helpful when I emailed them though. No complaints here.

Package was shipped internationally and poorly packed since the plush toy was stolen (I assume because it seemed to be ripped). At least I got the book, but it was a birthday present and I was disappointed I never got it. I contacted customer support and it was supposed to be shipped again but it never happened. Your inventory is great but I’m reluctant to order again since I had a bad first experience.
