Great Service,. Alison is very helpful and knowledgable. Follow up our queries and orders promptly and rings us when she has any queries. Would highly recommend Alison, Merlin Mosaics and the product without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic, they even combined two orders and refunded the second postage cost. How amazing is that, such great products and customer service.

Love it! It was so easy to use. Bought the charcoal, chocolate and alabaster colours.

Tools of good quality and what I was wanting.

A great user-friendly website with so much to choose from. Delivery of items is super quick too 😊

Delivery a little slow due to Christmas closure but arrived well packaged. Unfortunately it wasn’t a match to the colour I need to finish a project - still trying to find a match anywhere!
