Their customer service is awesome. I had to change cases to fit my car and they sent me a new one, saving me time and money. They contacted me right away when I needed help.

I am from Malaysia & been used this dashcam for more than 1 year. Selles shipped it direct to my place fast. The installation are easy, with support from the team. Very useful especially for safety purpose. Its easy to use & still working perfectly. Recommended item with trusted seller 👍👍

Amazing camera. This is a must have for your Audi to keep an oem look and without showing any annoying wires. Very easy to install and easy to pull video. I went with the 4k version and the camera quality is great. Will definitely be recommending to others

The product is good, assembling is easy. But one of the part provided in the kit didn't fit so had to use existing car part. Also there should have been official videos on Youtube from Mercylion on installation

Even though the shipping is from a foreign country, it still arrived a reasonable time. The instructions are easy to follow. The packaging is nice. And installation is easy if you follow instructions

good

Had 2 small problems, none of which was Mercylion's fault... Emailed the service department within a few hours had an answer and a solution. Absolutely outstanding service. I have 2 more bikes and will be buying 2 more Mercylion camera's!!!!

Great product

This dash cam is worth the more complicated way of installing it. Since it does not connect to the usual automobile auxiliary power outlet, it is a lot easier to hide the wires and make the car aesthetic stay the way you want it to be. It attaches very well, and does not have issues of falling like the other dash cams. Once installed, it is really easy to use since everything is controlled through app. There is no need to take out the storage unit to look at videos at home - the app handles EVERYTHING. In the app the user has choice to change resolution, audio, format storage, reset the device, basically anything you need to have the best experience with the dash cam. In the album there is also all the videos that's been recorded, so it is really convenient and easy to get it anytime you want it on your phone. The audio and video quality is just amazing and fits every dash cam needing person's needs.

The customer service reaction was speedy & professional. After I placed my order a real person emailed me to insure I get the right product. What I ordered installed easily and performs well. I’m very happy!

Since purchasing the camera I have found it to be great! Resolution is brilliant and I like the special features it has! East to fit but would like more information and tutorial videos on set up

very good attitude towards customers, also good quality of video recorder

I have the front and the back dashcam. Install was a breeze and so far video quality is amazing. I have 2k in front and 1080p in the rear. Both views are crisp and I am able to save them on my phone which is a plus.

Wife purchased an integrated cam for her Macan and the fit is suoer nice and well integrated into the existing mirror. Now I have the front and back for my 911 and the quality is great. I know people the spend 4xmore for something bulky and no better in video quality.

Works well. for the price I was very satisfied. It deserves 5 stars

Nice product. Thanks

Picture quality is good, price point very good. Install a little frustrating- could use more detail on instructions. Overall good value.

Great product and service. Excellent correspondence installation instructions.
