It was a little difficult for me to install this product to my car, but the customer support team made their best efforts to teach me how to install it correctly. Their response is very fast and I can solve the problem quickly. It was good deal!

It is very easy to install and the resolution of the camera is perfect even in the night or bad conditions.

The product works as expected without problem. It connects to satelittes quite quick.

I will say that communication with them has been very responsive. I will update once I install it.

Everything with Mercylion was great! You should use anybody else but DHL for international shipping! Two recent experiences were fsr from anything remotely close to acceptable!

The product is good, assembling is easy. But one of the part provided in the kit didn't fit so had to use existing car part. Also there should have been official videos on Youtube from Mercylion on installation

Even though the shipping is from a foreign country, it still arrived a reasonable time. The instructions are easy to follow. The packaging is nice. And installation is easy if you follow instructions

Had 2 small problems, none of which was Mercylion's fault... Emailed the service department within a few hours had an answer and a solution. Absolutely outstanding service. I have 2 more bikes and will be buying 2 more Mercylion camera's!!!!

Great product

This dash cam is worth the more complicated way of installing it. Since it does not connect to the usual automobile auxiliary power outlet, it is a lot easier to hide the wires and make the car aesthetic stay the way you want it to be. It attaches very well, and does not have issues of falling like the other dash cams. Once installed, it is really easy to use since everything is controlled through app. There is no need to take out the storage unit to look at videos at home - the app handles EVERYTHING. In the app the user has choice to change resolution, audio, format storage, reset the device, basically anything you need to have the best experience with the dash cam. In the album there is also all the videos that's been recorded, so it is really convenient and easy to get it anytime you want it on your phone. The audio and video quality is just amazing and fits every dash cam needing person's needs.
