I've been using the Mercylion dashcam in my 2020 Audi Q7, and it's been an incredible experience! The 4K front and 2K rear cameras capture every detail with stunning clarity. Purchased the Front 4K+2K with 128G for my wife’s 2020 Audi Q7. Fitted the front and rear cameras but had a problem whilst installing. The cable that connects to the main front camera for the rear camera has some tiny wires that are attached to a connector. Some of these came off so the rear camera didn’t work. I contacted Mercylion and asked if they could send me a replacement, and they did at no extra cost which I was very grateful for. I have now reinstalled the cable and both cameras are working great. The picture quality is amazing. Thank you so much Mercylion for all your assistance and I look forward to doing business with you again when I come to purchase a dash cam for my 2020 Audi A1.

The wiring could not be more simple. The trickiest part is removing the housing from your car. Camera is hidden and the pictures are great!

It was a little difficult for me to install this product to my car, but the customer support team made their best efforts to teach me how to install it correctly. Their response is very fast and I can solve the problem quickly. It was good deal!

I have installed this dash cam on my interceptor 650 and its working nicely video quality is good, worth buying

It is very easy to install and the resolution of the camera is perfect even in the night or bad conditions.

The product works as expected without problem. It connects to satelittes quite quick.

I will say that communication with them has been very responsive. I will update once I install it.

Everything with Mercylion was great! You should use anybody else but DHL for international shipping! Two recent experiences were fsr from anything remotely close to acceptable!

The product is good, assembling is easy. But one of the part provided in the kit didn't fit so had to use existing car part. Also there should have been official videos on Youtube from Mercylion on installation

Even though the shipping is from a foreign country, it still arrived a reasonable time. The instructions are easy to follow. The packaging is nice. And installation is easy if you follow instructions

Had 2 small problems, none of which was Mercylion's fault... Emailed the service department within a few hours had an answer and a solution. Absolutely outstanding service. I have 2 more bikes and will be buying 2 more Mercylion camera's!!!!

Great product

This dash cam is worth the more complicated way of installing it. Since it does not connect to the usual automobile auxiliary power outlet, it is a lot easier to hide the wires and make the car aesthetic stay the way you want it to be. It attaches very well, and does not have issues of falling like the other dash cams. Once installed, it is really easy to use since everything is controlled through app. There is no need to take out the storage unit to look at videos at home - the app handles EVERYTHING. In the app the user has choice to change resolution, audio, format storage, reset the device, basically anything you need to have the best experience with the dash cam. In the album there is also all the videos that's been recorded, so it is really convenient and easy to get it anytime you want it on your phone. The audio and video quality is just amazing and fits every dash cam needing person's needs.
