Shipping was okay, the package I received was delivered during rain, the paper package was soaked. Plastic shipping bags may be better

The item had not arrived at all. It might’ve been lost in transit, however, the customer service team of Mercedes is unable to support or offer any kind of replacement. It is incredibly disappointing.
