I received my order damaged and try to contact the mobile number all day no answer, and I send serval massages on WhatsApp they read it and they don’t answer at all, Eventually they replied on the phone and he is asking me to call the product service center because you don’t do replacement. I asked to call the manager and he refused. Later this evening he texted me on WhatsApp accepting to replace my order, after I told them that I ll make official complaint..

I purchased an air conditioning unit a week ago, and I've been quite disappointed with it. The noise it generates is exceptionally loud, and it even produces a persistent ticking sound. Despite voicing my concerns immediately after the purchase, it took a whole week for a technician to inspect it. Unfortunately, the technician informed me that the noisy operation and ticking are inherent to this model and cannot be resolved. This air conditioner's level of noise and overall performance is unlike any I've encountered before, and I cannot recommend it to others.

I am very happy with my order. It was great and the delivery was super fast. I got my item within less than 6 hours after I placed it.
