When delivered , it guy did not want to test the grilled and when I insisted , he keep calling your other staff for a long time and could not make any decision. Then I provided the gas and regulator as he asked for. Then we found the grilled does not have a hose . So your guy again keep talking over the phone for a long time not able to decide what is way forward. Then I found a hose at home and when tried to test the grilled one eye was not igniting. Again the guy keep taking over the phone till I found out that the external gas was nut fixed properly so I fixed it and it worked. Now after I revived and paid the next day I found out the light is but working. This is a total poor customer care and service and I am not sure I can recommend menahub to anyone.

I received my order damaged and try to contact the mobile number all day no answer, and I send serval massages on WhatsApp they read it and they don’t answer at all, Eventually they replied on the phone and he is asking me to call the product service center because you don’t do replacement. I asked to call the manager and he refused. Later this evening he texted me on WhatsApp accepting to replace my order, after I told them that I ll make official complaint..

I purchased an air conditioning unit a week ago, and I've been quite disappointed with it. The noise it generates is exceptionally loud, and it even produces a persistent ticking sound. Despite voicing my concerns immediately after the purchase, it took a whole week for a technician to inspect it. Unfortunately, the technician informed me that the noisy operation and ticking are inherent to this model and cannot be resolved. This air conditioner's level of noise and overall performance is unlike any I've encountered before, and I cannot recommend it to others.
