I'm a migraine sufferer. Through managing my diet, sleeping patterns, etc I've definitely decreased the frequency of my migraines, but there were still some that I'd get that didn't make any sense at all. I couldn't understand why. I've been taking Mela going on 2 months now and I'm already noticing a difference! I haven't had any random migraines in weeks. Even when I may feel a slight one coming on, it goes away pretty quickly on its own! Super grateful and excited to what other changes I notice! <3
