The thing I like most is the very faint pleasant taste of the actual capsule.

I have tried other vitamins tailored to women of color but after finishing my first month’s supply of Mela vitamins I will never use another brand. My body feels good again after a long time. They also shipped in a timely manner Thank you for caring about women of color and their needs.

I am so happy to say Yes! These vitamins work! I had my last child at 38 years old. I hemerraged and lost a lot of blood after delivery. No blood transfusion, just iron supplements to rebuild my blood cells. I knew with changes in hormones, not one doctor wanted to help me find out why I didn't have a menstrual cycle. Every doctor just kept saying "you're so young". I had a total of 4 periods and stopped at age 40. I wasn't shedding water weight and was having all types of crazy health issues. Menopause is what I was told. But I knew I was deficient in something. Tried other things but only helped a small number of symptoms. Since April, I take these vitamins daily. I'm just waiting to see a difference in my water weight now that I have a period again. I never thought this day would come when taking vitamins actually helps me as a melanin woman. I hope this company forever stays black owned. I see so many possibilities in supporting the melanin community. Including investing in melanin doctors that are going to always support our community. Absolutely amazing

I absolutely love this product have been telling everybody I know that can benefit from taking these. I have definitely seen a change in my mood my energy within the first month.
