Always have trouble logging in. Seems like I have to change my password almost every time I want to log in which delays me getting into my account.

I had a problem where my bank identified my R&F purchase as possible fraud on my credit card. I contacted my bank and they fixed the problem. But I had to call R&F and have them put my order through. Your customer service is very good.
