I've been eyeing this really cute bubble frame I found looking through your store online. When mother's day hit- I thought it might make the perfect gift for my MIL. I called your store to make sure that If I ordered it and sent over the picture that it would be delivered all set up and they assured me. Ordered the frame and sent the picture to the listed email address. I followed up with my MIL and discovered in fact the picture did not come inside like I wanted. No big deal, disappointing but called to see if you guys could drop it in the mail so she'd have it. Unsure who I spoke to, but the rep said she needed to ask her manager and would give me a call back. During this time, I verified through my email that I did in fact send the picture to the right email address. When the rep called back, she said it didn't make sense for them to mail it off since it's a free service and they'd have to pay for shipping. $130 for a picture frame is a luxury purchase, so disappointing that the "extras" that could have made this a special gift weren't included and your team didn't feel like making it right. This "free service" correction could have earned you a long term customer instead turned me off from ever ordering from you again. Accidents happen and I wouldn't have held that against you, but it's how you handled the me in that moment that lost me as a customer. The rep wasn't even nice to me- probably not the way to handle a customer who needs a little extra TLC to turn a problem into a fix. I had every intention of ordering that same frame for myself- now I wont. Drop a picture in the mail and gain another $130+ order. . . would have made sense to me

Expected more with the experience. Had hoped for more timely response. I never bought what I had thought I was going to purchase.

Shes been incredibly helpful & patient in helping me find perfect size. Not only is shop filled with beautiful pieces but is regularly updated.
