I accidentally ordered 3 Tamyia puttys. I only wanted 1. Within 15 minutes I notified them to remove 2. I was notified the order was shipped already. I'm on a fixed income and have to watch my spending. They lost a customer. I also noticed they use verified reviewers. They get paid.

I made the mistake of using the wrong shipping/billing address and requested a cancellation 3 minutes later via email as a call via phone just says that they are going out of business. My bad! My email was ignored and the order was shipped 3 hours later to the incorrect address. I have never had issues before but I guess since they are going out of business $ mean more then service.
