Easy to swallow. Too soon to really tell a difference. My husband thinks it helps him have fewer bad headaches. It's a good product.

Great product for wellness

MFL does it again. Another high quality product that does what it says it will do! Along with giving me a pleasant morning boost, my morning brain fog is gone. This is especially important for us more mature (old,haha!) people. I take 2 with my first cup of decaf coffee and my day starts happy.
