Really helps my arthritis pain.

I've been on turmeric curcumin by Me First Living for 3 weeks. I have found the swelling in both my feet and ankles have subsided quite a bit.I have no side effects from taking this supplement and am pleased with this product.

We have been taking this Me First Living Curcumin for appx. 2 months. It is too soon to know how it's helping our bodies in order to give a review. We will be happy to give a review in a couple more months.

I had been taking Relief Factor for a year and was getting only minimal results. Their curcumin level is much lower than the Me First Living brand. Since switching to this curcumin I've had greater control of my inflammation. I'm also taking the Omega 3 gel caps with this and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this.

Easy to swallow. Too soon to really tell a difference. My husband thinks it helps him have fewer bad headaches. It's a good product.
