I tried another brand, but it had no effect on my inflammation after a month. But the Me First Living brand worked very well after the same time…I feel so much better. I noticed the other brand actually didn’t fill the capsules the same amount, each one was an irregular amount. I would assume that this may be the reason that they didn’t work as well.

My friend recommended the tumeric with cracked black pepper as he and his wife were taking it. I felt a difference after the first week. I felt light and had more flexibility. I recommended this to a friend and to the friends that I have not met yet
