Like all Supplements you must take daily, and be persistent for it to be effective, and be patient, don't be so quick to give up, i started with 1 Capsule a day the first week then changed to two capsules the Second week, that's when i started to feel the difference. GIVE IT A TRY

I take 3 of these capsules a day. I have arthritis in almost every joint in my body, have had 2 knee replacements, 2 shoulder replacements and rods and screws from my shoulder blades passed my waist. I believe I have received benefits from this product. It seems to provide daily relief from pain. However, it seems like the dosage only lasts for half of the day. I wonder if its OK to take another dose later in the day. The only drawback to this would be that the bottle wouldn't last as long.

I have been using this Tumeric curcumin for over a year now and it helps my knees so much. In fact when I quit using it within a week I had to resume using it!

I have serious shoulder pain issues. My left shoulder has had a total replacement and is doing better. My right shoulder has been extremely painful with a torn rotator cuff. I have had significant improvement with Turmeric Curcumin, 1000 MG 95%. I'm going to start giving it to my 5yo dog Zig. He is starting to develop some shoulder stiffness and occasional limping. I hope it helps him as well
