We lost a part of table highchair, and the representative was able to help me find a solution and helped me order the spare part. Very easy process. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time. But the chair has a gap and my baby drops everything through it onto the floor.

Love the aesthetic of the play set and it appears to be well made. We appear to have the older version as the website now had this newer look. The chairs are not comfortable for adults, or ones that are a bit bigger in the rear. I feel like the newer version of these chairs would be more accommodating for adults. Kind of wish we got the newer chairs instead of the old ones.

Fast shipping and clear communication via email.

Great product, arrived quickly.

Fast delivery!

The lid won’t stay down, sending back

My baby loves it! It looks great on our apartment! I am very happy with it

I love the stainless steel features of this product. It is a healthy option in relation to other similar products on the market.

The service was excellent and sand shipping super fast.

My girl is so supported in this, combined with the cushion. The easiness of application and removal. Makes cleaning no problem at all!

I requested a refund, needed to be “reviewed” first and since have had no communication.

The chairs did not arrive with the table and i did not receive an email that they would be arriving separtely.

Great shipping and I was really grateful for the sale price to make it more within financial reach for us to get! Thanks for all the intention and care you put into these boxes!

LOVE our Lalo potty! So great for potty training!

The design is beautiful, compact, and versatile. The concept of having a floor potty, toilet trainer, and step stool all in one is great. However, after using it, I noticed a few design flaws that affect functionality. For boys, the splash guard isn't as effective as I had hoped. A more concave shape with additional room for liquid to drain downward would help prevent messes and improve usability. My other concern is the closure mechanism for the toilet seat. It doesn't work consistently and often requires an adult to press firmly and make sure it fully clicks into place. This can be frustrating when you're encouraging independence during potty training.

I recently purchased this item in preparation for a long weekend trip. I’m so glad I bought this because it made feeding time easier. The delivery was quick, the assembly was simple, and it’s easy to use. I love that this product is something we can still use as baby grows.

good products. Awaiting a coupon for a credit not applied to this order. i was supposed to get a 15 % off coupon for additional purchases but have not received
