The item was ok, the cheapest I found on the net. However, it took too long for them to ship (a week or more) and even longer for it to arrive which was ok if they only uodate the buyer. No update was given until I personally reached out to them (more than a week after I placed the order) because they still have not shipped the item. Took about a month for it to reach me

It’s been 20 days since
It’s been 20 days since my order. My ship it link says its still cancelled. I have no idea where my order is right now. The order communication responded that it will get to me in 1-2 weeks but still with no proof that it is on the way, and the website promised that they will be able to deliver in approximately 15 days. This is getting me really anxious and I do not like the customer service.

The item was great even the engraving of the stethoscope was pretty good. The Sphygmomanometer was also pretty cute and feels good quality overall. The delivery took longer than I expected. The help centre was pretty available and is very clear with their replies.
