Ordered 2 items at the end of September, according to the website one item was in stock but the other on back order. Instead of sending out the instock item as it was available, Medshop held onto it for over a month until I queried why it hasn't been shipped. Only then did I receive it, almost 6 weeks after the order had been placed. I understand you can't ship out an item you don't have but I see no reason to hold off on sending out the item(s) you do have? Also need to have a number where customers can ring Medshop directly rather than offer only a callback service. The earliest callback I was offered was 7 calendar days after I requested one. This is simply not got enough, esp if the issue is time sensitive.
