I had a poor experience where it wasn’t easy to select which description matched which picture of stethoscope parts and I got the wrong one. Unfortunate that I paid for shipping on the right product and shipping again to return the incorrect product.

It is difficult to give a review on a company or and item when you still are waiting to receive your order. It is now 17/1/2025. I placed my order 31/10/2024. At least a follow up email, to say we are still waiting on the back ordered item would be nice from a customer service perspective.

I bought a pair PPE goggles. It fits quite tight around my head, which caused me to have a mild headache. Would be great if they had a larger size. Otherwise, the goggles are nice and sturdy, and are a pretty pink colour. Shipping took 2 weeks. Furthermore, Medshop didn’t include a tax invoice in their email. I replied to their email but no response was provided.

Overall, very satisfied with the products I have brought so far, customer service is excellent, and delivery time of parcels is very good. No long waiting times or delays .
