I'm writing to share how disappointed I am with Medpeel's customer service, particularly when it comes to returns. I've been trying to send back a package, but I haven't received any help or even a reply from the company. I've tried reaching out multiple ways: I called Medpeel's customer service line twice, sent a detailed email, and used their online chat. Despite all these efforts, I've heard absolutely nothing back. This complete lack of communication is not okay and is very annoying. When you need to return something, a company should be responsive and supportive. My experience with Medpeel has been a total communication breakdown. I'm left with an item I can't return and no way to get it resolved, which makes Medpeel look bad in terms of customer satisfaction. I wouldn't suggest Medpeel if there's a chance you'll need customer support or want to make a return. Their silence is truly let-down.

It was easy to do, and gentle enough so that 2-3 passes produced a light peel about a week later. Complements on my skin the next day, no redness. Next time I will def go for 3-4 passes

I used the 20% instead of the recommended 10%. I developed hyperpigmentation by my mouth. Overall my skin is smoother and some of my dark spots from acne left. I will try the recommended peels from the skin quiz next time.
