So expensive and nothing special, I’m disappointed

I’m very disappointed with this product. I received the order on Sep 9, 2026. The pump stopped working after only two uses. I have tried pumping it multiple times, but no cream is being dispensed. Additionally, after only two uses, the container now appears to be empty. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid over $100 for a product that has only been usable twice. The product is advertised as containing 30 ml, and there is no way there could still be approximately 100 applications remaining as indicated. I have contacted customer service but did not get any help. My emails are being now blocked. I won’t purchase again.

The package was damaged and there was a product leak. No one answered my emails but the social media team was helpful and quickly replaced the product.
