I'm mostly happy Medik8 had a canadian site because purchasing from the US/UK was quite expensive. However, my only gripe is that we don't have the different Retinal steps that are offered elsewhere. That's not really Medi8k's fault since it's a Canadian regulation thing. But overall, I'm always pleased with purchasing from their website. The rewards program is great, shipping is fast and transparent. Love it.

I love the retinal but I wish you could get all strengths in Canada

Fast shipping, but the product packaging is too thin. The outer box was almost torn when I received it. Hope the brand can improve the packaging to better protect the product during delivery!
