I researched many air purifier brands before finally settling on Medify. I have enjoyed improved air quality and less dirt on my furniture. Were it not for the expense of the replacement filters, I would consider purchasing a second unit.

I accidentally ordered the wrong filter. I called customer service and they had it resolved within a few minutes. They helped me get my refund for the incorrect one and re order the correct filter.

The online ordering process was smooth and easy to use. However, one of the replacement filters was clearly damaged upon arrival. As to it being the case before or during shipment, I can’t say. I’m limping along with it.

As always, I am very satisfied with my filters and with my air purifiers!
