I reached out to Luanne at Customer Service and she answered every question I had about the construction, fabric, if it would be compatible with an adjustable mattress etc. First class customer service and first class product. I called customer service to find out if the size of rug I wanted was in stock. They confirmed it was so I placed the order right away. I was concerned when I didn't receive ship notice within a few days of ordering but the rug did arrive within the arrival window provided. It arrived in perfect condition. I love it!!
