I called customer service to find out if the size of rug I wanted was in stock. They confirmed it was so I placed the order right away. I was concerned when I didn't receive ship notice within a few days of ordering but the rug did arrive within the arrival window provided. It arrived in perfect condition. I love it!!

I love many of the items that you show on your website, they're perfect! My only problem is that you ship any ordered item directly from the manufacturer. This is a time-consuming shipping process and makes none of your items available quickly.
