Did not receive answer to my question. Sometime ago I ordered some things which are back ordered and I have since moved. How do I get those shipped to my new address which is in another town?

Your shipping department needs an overhaul. The lamp came damaged 3 times. Each time I had to send back & repurchase. Delay in refund. Last lamp I accepted & it was damaged to, but less than the others. Purchased another lamp & same thing happened but it was the lampshade. Again poor packing.

Still haven’t received an order I made some time ago. I believe I have been billed for it.

I always enjoy checking the website, looking for new items, ideas and sales! Wish new items were launched more often to coordinate with the courtly check, and would love to see some old favorites brought back!

Very difficult getting problems solved

Love the design on tea kettle, the only problem is removing lid to fill. Very difficult to take off lid. Both my husband and I struggled with it and were afraid of breaking off decorative knob. Now I fill it through the spout, very time consuming. ☹️

Purchased White Flower Market Napkin Holder to match other purchases, Was disappointed the design does not match my other items.

Disappointed, product seemed like it was made of cheap Styrofoam. No longer interested in purchasing from site.
